Who we are

This website (corinthianvp.com) is operated by Corinthian Venture Partners AS, a company registered in Norway under organisation number 925 853 720, with registered address Edvard Storms gate 2, 0166 Oslo, Norway (“Corinthian”, “we”, “us”). Corinthian is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

This website collects personal data in one place only: the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the name, email address, company name (optional) and message you provide. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party embeds on this site, so we do not collect any data passively as you browse.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry on any resulting business conversation. We do not use it for marketing, advertising, or profiling, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to unsolicited business enquiries submitted to us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights as set out below. Where a conversation develops into a customer or investment relationship, further processing takes place under a separate agreement between you (or your company) and Corinthian.

Who else sees it

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email via Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes the message on our behalf as a data processor. We do not store submissions in a database of our own on this website — they exist only as the email they generate. No other third party receives this data.

How long we keep it

We retain contact form emails for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and for our general business record-keeping, and delete them when they are no longer needed for either purpose.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aek@corinthianvp.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), at datatilsynet.no.

Children

This website is directed at businesses and is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
